I already use QuickBooks. Why do I need a bookkeeper?

QuickBooks is a solid tool, but someone still has to manage it properly. That’s where we come in – we make sure your books are accurate, up-to-date, and ready for tax time—so you don’t have to worry about it.

What services do you offer?

How do I know if my books are “bad” enough to need help?

If you’re spending hours fixing mistakes, feeling unsure about your reports, or avoiding your books altogether, it’s time to get help.

What can I expect with monthly bookkeeping?

Each month we will:

-update your transactions in QBO

-reconcile your bank and credit card accounts

-for any transactions we're unsure how to record, we will code those to the “Ask Client” account. Each month we will export the list of these transactions and send to you in a spreadsheet so you can easily leave a note for us in the spreadsheet

-we'll get your transactions recategorized and send over your monthly financial statements

How do I get started?

Step 1: Schedule a 15-30 min. call with us to discuss your specific bookkeeping needs

Step 2: We do a checkup on your books to scope out the work

Step 3: We send you a proposal/engagement letter for you to sign

Step 4: We send you a list of items/information we need and software we need access to

Step 5: We dive right in!

Do you work with clients in my industry?

We do not prepare tax returns. However, we keep your books up to date and ready to hand over to your tax preparer when tax time comes, ensuring a smooth process.

What is your pricing structure?

We offer flexible, personalized pricing based on your business’s unique needs. With customized monthly packages, you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying—no surprises. Please reach out for a personalized quote.

I’m not using QuickBooks Online. Can you help with (xyz accounting software)?

We specialize in and work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. This focus allows us to deliver the highest level of expertise and support for businesses using QBO.

Do you work with businesses outside of the USA?

No, we work exclusively with companies using the US edition of QuickBooks Online with domestic banks.

Can you help me with a compilation/review/audit?

No, we do not provide compilation, review, or audit services. Our focus is solely on delivering high-quality bookkeeping that helps small business owners make good, data-driven decisions.
